Payment with Vouchers in the Event of a Return
If you return an item that was purchased using a gift voucher, a new voucher will be issued to you. Cash refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Validity Period
Our gift vouchers have a validity period of two years in our system. However, according to legal requirements, gift vouchers may not expire. If your voucher has expired, please do not hesitate to contact us – we will be happy to assist you.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers
For technical reasons, only one voucher can be redeemed per order. This information is also displayed in a pop-up window during the redemption process. If you wish to redeem more than one voucher, please contact us. We will gladly create a new voucher code that combines the total value of your vouchers.
